It includes calculations for each type of work like excavation, concrete, and masonry. 4. **Rate Analysis** Detailed cost calculation per unit for each item, considering factors such as labor, materials, equipment, and overheads. 5. **Abstract of Estimate** A summary sheet that totals all items and provides a final cost estimate for the project.
